At Healthy Pet, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and include all accessories, then securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
